Kedungu is a modern surf and lifestyle resort in the up-and-coming coastal town of Kedungu on Bali. Located just a few minutes from the beach, the project combines contemporary architecture with a laid-back coastal lifestyle and is aimed specifically at digital nomads, surfers, and international investors.
The complex comprises a total of 58 fully furnished units and was designed in the style of modern California coastal architecture. Large windows, natural materials, and open-concept layouts create a bright and serene living environment with views of rice fields, river landscapes, and the ocean.
The infrastructure within the resort is also designed to a high standard. Plans include a 25-meter infinity pool, a two-story gym, rooftop terraces with ocean views, a café, concierge service, a surf shop, and various services for guests and owners.
The Kedungu region is currently considered one of the most exciting emerging markets in Bali. Unlike heavily overcrowded areas such as Canggu, Kedungu continues to offer a quiet, authentic atmosphere while experiencing rapidly growing demand and infrastructure development.
The project is being offered with a 30+30-year leasehold structure and is specifically designed for short-term rentals and long-term appreciation. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027.
